I handcraft all of my jewelry to order.
The items listed in my shop are handmade by me to order, and are ready to ship within 5-10 business days upon receiving payment.
All of my jewelry are handmade from scratch by me, naturally small imperfections may occur due to my handcrafted art which makes the piece one of a kind. Some minor variations from the images might be noticed.
The gemstones color may vary due to the natural genuine stones I use.
Please note, since different screens show different shades of colors, the color might not be exactly like in the photo on the screen.

For Chains:
Please measure the length you prefer with a thin string (not a flexible thread), measure the length you chose with a ruler and let me know if there is a special length that does not appear in the chart when you place your order.

Ring Sizing:
To measure your size at home, here are some tips:
Take a thin string (not a flexible thread) and wrap it around your finger not too tightly and mark the circumference, use a ruler to measure the length.
Please let me know the measurement you took and I will let you know your exact ring size according to the chart in order for you to mark the size placing your order.
You can also use a ring size chart online and write me the chosen ring size.
If the ring is bought for someone else, you can measure it in the same way, the inner diameter of another ring used on the desired finger.
Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature, fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot.

Gold Plating:
All of my jewelry allows the use in all daily activities.
-Please avoid sea bathing, swimming pools, saunas or steam rooms.
- Do not expose your jewelry to perfume or any perfumed cosmetic product.
- Please remove your jewelry when sleeping, exercising, cleaning, gardening to prevent knocking, scratching or any other damage to the jewelry.
Silver jewelry and gold plating jewelry can be cleaned using tooth paste and a very soft tooth brush or a soft cloth for cleaning jewelry.
It is recomended to keep the jewelry in a closed box.

All Items delivered via expedited delivery (2-4 business days) door to door with a tracking number for you to follow.
The delivery time is only estimated and not guaranteed, depended on the currier and local customs.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs and busy seasons.
I will do my best to assist in any delay or lost package.
All items are delivered in a box with a padded envelope.

Please make sure that the address you have listed in your account is correct - this is the target address the package will be delivered to. (NO PO BOX for expedited door to door delivery.)

Packages returned to me, due to wrong address (or no claim) will be fully charged.
If you change address before getting your shipping notice - please make sure to update me. If you change address after shipping notice, please make sure someone at the old address will pick up the package. I cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change.
If shipping is done to your work space, hotel or any other public location - Although I will do my best to assist, I cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.

If your order arrives to you damaged return shipping costs will be refunded. A refund will be issued for the item and for a Regular registered air mail standard shipping cost only.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
I will provide a return international address (Please send the package back via Regular registered air mail only with a traceable shipping).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please return the item in the original box, in a padded envelope, un-used and in the original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days from receiving your package.

Buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, VAT, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees and import taxes etc. that may apply in their own country.
Please note: In case of neglect or refusal to accept your package from the delivery carrier for any reason, you will be charged for the shipping fees back to my shop with additional 25% of the item's cost that will be deducted from the refund as handling fees including the taxes of receiving the goods at customs in Israel.
